The secret's in our Italian wood-fired oven To achieve the mouth-watering flavours, we prepare our local ingredients and pizzas in an Italian wood-fired oven - the only genuine wood-fired pizzeria in the Nelson region! Fresh hot-smoked salmon and fantastic wood-roasted meats and veggies give our food that special something, using a fine blend of native wood for fuel that enhances the natural flavours of our fresh food. We put time and love into preparing our dishes... Only the best and freshest available ingredients make it onto our pizzas. Our chefs lovingly handcraft our thin base pizzas with homemade dough, sauces and toppings. Hungry yet? I haven't even told you about our delicious fresh homemade pasta, paninis and healthy salads, or the fresh mussels and hearty ribs! Even if you're a fussy eater there's always something we can do for you (vegetarian, wheat-free, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and egg-free options!). A great night out...
