Head Chef
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, qualified chef to take the lead role in our well-equipped kitchen. You will be responsible for all facets of kitchen management including maintaining our Food Control Program (FCP), Health & Safety Program, as well as managing our dedicated kitchen team.  Our freshly-made dishes include wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta. Training in our systems will be provided however it is essential that you are well organised and enjoy the hospitality and service industry. You must take pride in your work, be a consistent, self-motivated, honest, reliable team player and work well under pressure.

Sous Chef
This is a great opportunity for a chef with some experience to broaden their horizons preparing a wide range of dishes including wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta from scratch. Training will be provided however it is essential that you are well organised and enjoy the hospitality and service industry. You must take pride in your work, be an honest, reliable team player and can work under pressure. You will be working in a well-equipped kitchen with a great team! 

Front-of-House Manager
The work involves welcoming and serving our customers, clearing and setting tables, taking both table and telephone orders, as well as preparing drinks including espresso coffees. Training in our systems will be provided however it is essential that you are well organised and enjoy the hospitality and service industry. You must be mature, well groomed, reliable, accurate, honest and punctual. Ideally you will have a Duty Manager's Certificate and previous restaurant and/or sole-charge experience in a busy establishment.

Waiter/Waitress
The work involves welcoming and serving our customers, clearing and setting tables, taking both table and telephone orders, as well as preparing drinks including espresso coffees. Full training will be provided however it is essential that you are well organised and enjoy the hospitality and service industry. You must be well groomed, reliable, accurate, honest and punctual. Attendance in an hospitality class at school would be an advantage. This is a part-time role working evenings including Friday or Saturday. Job sharing may be considered.

Kitchen Assistant
Your main tasks will be to ensure our cleaning standards are met both within the kitchen and throughout the restaurant. You will also receive training from our chefs and help them with food preparation. You must take pride in your work, be a reliable team player and can work under pressure. The role is part-time working evenings including Friday or Saturday as well as the lunch service over the Christmas-New Year holiday period. This is a great starting point for a career in hospitality.
